CHAOS is our youth ministry for grades 7th thru 12th. CHAOS is led by our Youth Guy Brian Wright and his wife Gina. CHAOS is focused on developing teens that will embrace their own faith in relationship to God the Father. So many youth groups develop teens that walk away from truth when they enter the freedom of an unleashed life from their parents authority. We do more than "shave ballons" in the youth ministry at Lee Heights. We encourage evangelism among students to students. We then desire for those students to become involved in Lifegroups on Sunday mornings at 9:45. There is a Lifegroup for girls 7th through 12th. Lise Pendergrass and Rebecca Barnett are the Lfiegroups leaders. There is also a lifegroup for boys 7th-9th and 10th-12th. Brian Wright and Wayne Hairell are the Lifegroup Leaders.
We also encourage our teens to be involved in our CONVERGE Workshops on Sunday nights through the school year. These workshops are designed to equip our teens to grow in their life decisions and direction. Wednesday nights through the school year are geared around letting teens be teens. Wednesday nights are designed with the lost teenager in mind.
Our youth attends Student Life camp each summer in Orange Beach, FL. This is a great time for them to grow spirtually by hearing God's word and worshipping with other youth groups. We have fundraisers throughout the year to help offset the cost of the trip but we could use your help to make sure each youth group member attends next summer.
