The Church at Lee Heights Baptist is a church that welcomes EVERYONE. Our mission is "Living The Life 2 Connect Others 2 The Life in Christ".
If you are considering visiting, here are some questions you may have.
What should I wear?
"Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." - 1 Samuel 16:7. At Lee Heights, everyone is dressed comfortably, in anything from "office casual" to shorts and sneakers. If you don't wear a suit on Monday, don't wear one on Sunday. We want you to be comfortable!
What are your service times?
On Sunday mornings, we have two celebration services available - Early Celebration at 8:30 and Second Celebration at 10:45. LifeGroup classes (Sunday school) are at 9:45. Worship KidStyle & Elevate Jr. (for kids age 4 years to 4th grade) are offered during the Second Celebration service at 10:45. Nursery is available for kids under 4 during LifeGroup classes and the SECOND Celebration service. We do not currently offer any children's ministries for Early Celebration.
At 5:45 pm on Sunday evenings, we have Prayer Worship (adults and youth) and Bible Skills, Drills & Thrills (kids 4 years to 6th grade) followed by Converge Workshops at 6:00.
At 6:00 pm on Wednesday evenings, we have Outreach/Inreach followed by Worship at 6:30. CHAOS (7th - 12th grades) and Team Kids (3 yrs to 6th grade) begins at 6:30.
Where does everyone meet?
When you arrive at Lee Heights (click for directions), you'll enter through the double glass doors on the south side of the building. You will be greeted by volunteers who can show you where our children's programs are located, answer questions, and direct you to the worship center.
What are the services like?
With all of our services, you can expect to hear modern, upbeat praise and worship music, laughter, and a relevant message by Brother Chris Barnett.
Will I be accepted?
Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God - Romans 15:7. At Lee Heights, EVERYONE is welcome. We love and accept you, as Christ loves and accepts you.
